Our selected suppliers also stand for the highest quality and performance. Currently 22 suppliers supply the main components of our K1 system.
Reduced assembly time at the customer’s site
At the location in Waiblingen, the components for the INCAST, INVAQ and INCONTROL subsystems are installed, assembled and tested by hand.
After the electrical installation of all sensor and hardware components and the final assembly of all mechanical and vacuum components, internal commissioning follows.
Here, all functions are tested in dry running, which significantly reduces the assembly time at the customer's site. All spare and wear parts are also stored in Waiblingen.
Service – our main advantage is close customer support
As a small team, our main advantage is close customer support. We offer our customers a service hotline with remote diagnosis for all service issues.
For maximum customer support, we offer an optional premium service package in addition to the regular services.
In order to be able to offer our global customers the fastest response time in the event of a service issue, we work with experienced service partners from the die casting industry in both the European and North American markets.
